NY-Lock nipples are treated with a specially developed, patented coating applied inside the threads, providing anti-loosening properties for secure spoke tension. The pre-applied coating is active from the start—no curing time is required, allowing for immediate use during wheel assembly or adjustment.
Unlike traditional threadlock systems, NY-Lock maintains its locking performance even after multiple spoke adjustments have been made. The coating offers excellent resistance to lubricants, fuel oil, and most solvents, making it suitable for demanding workshop and riding conditions.
NY-Lock nipples comply with RoHS and halogen-free environmental protection standards.
