WARRANTY FORM
IMPORTANT: PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE SUBMISSION OF YOUR WARRANTY
Goodyear Bicycle Tyres Warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal intended use for a period of three months from the date of purchase by the original retail purchaser, subject to normal wear and tear. Warranties have to be claimed at the dealer level. No warranties will be accepted directly from consumers.
To submit a Goodyear bicycle tyre warranty claim, the following information will be required:
- Proofof Purchase: A receipt or invoice showing the date and place of purchase.
- ProductDetails: Information about the specific tyre, such as model name, size, and serial number if applicable.
- Photos:Clear pictures or videos of the tyre showing the damage or defect, as well as the tyre’s serial number or any other identifying marks.
- Descriptionof Issue: A brief explanation of the problem.
- Allwarranty tyres must be sent to Orim for final inspection after pre-approval has been granted.
Further to above please make sure that:
- Proof of purchase has to accompany the Tyre/s sent in for warranty.
- Shipping costs are for the account of the customer. If the warranty is approved, then shipping back to the customer will be included.
- An incomplete warranty form will result in a warranty void.
- If the required photos are not provided, it will result in the warranty being void
